pocketPANO COMPACT

Supported cameras

Each pocketPANO COMPACT panorama adapter is specially designed for a specific camera model. All geometric dimensions, contact surfaces, horizontal and vertical rotation angles are precisely adapted to this camera. Due to the large number of different models, we unfortunately can not offer a suitable adapter for all cameras.

Should your compact camera not be there or you are looking for a compact and universal nodal head for your mirrorless camera, then the pocketPANO VARIO is just right for you!

The pocketPANO COMPACT nodal point adapter is already available for the following cameras:

Canon

G7 X II

The beginning of the supported Canon models makes the G7X II with its bright and wide-angle lens and the rugged folding display, which of course can be unfolded during installation on the pocketPANO COMPACT nodal point adapter.

Fujifilm

X100F

The latest version of the X100 with the abbreviation F is at the top of Fuji's compact cameras with APS-C sensor. Excellent results are guaranteed by the 35mm fixed focal length. However, if you also want to capture a wide-angle scene or even want to do a spherical panorama with the X100F, you can not beat the matching pocketPANO COMPACT nodal point adapter!

Notes: Due to the extremely short construction, the nodal point is very close to the axis of the tripod thread. Therefore, a relatively small special fastening screw was necessary. With a little flair, the screw can be used well and it does not require much force. Before mounting on the nodal point adapter, be sure to remove the lens cap!

For a full spherical panorama, 14 images at 0 ° and + -39 ° as well as 7 images (every second detent) at + -65 ° are necessary.

horizontal click-stops: 14 x 25,7°

vertical click-stops: 0° | +-39° | +- 65° | intermediate positions every 13° (up to +-91°).

X100V

The latest version of the X100 with the letter V is at the top of Fuji's compact cameras with APS-C sensor. The recalculated 35mm fixed focal length lens guarantees excellent results. However, if you want to capture a broader-angled scene or even take a spherical panorama with the X100V, there's no getting around the matching pocketPANO COMPACT nodal point adapter!

Hints: The nodal point adapter for the X100V is designed so that the optional AR-X100 adapter ring and a suitable filter (e.g. protective filter or polarizing filter) can be mounted (also known as a "Weather-Resistant Kit"). The optional LH-X100 hood can also be used with the pocketPANO Compact. CAUTION: The sun hood must be attached to the camera before mounting it on the nodal point adapter!
The folding display can be folded out during use.

Panasonic

LX100 II

The successor of the LX100 marks a new pocketPANO record: it is the camera with the largest sensor and zoom lens, which is supported by us so far. But the camera is surprisingly compact, but still so large that the pocketPANO COMPACT had to get a larger vertical rail. This vertical part is 15mm longer than other COMPACT models and allows the LX100 II to be fully swung down. The aperture ring on the lens can be rotated in all positions. Please note: the optional LFAC1 automatic lens cap must be removed before use.
