"Rear Tilt 'n' Shift Frame" for CANON TS-E 17mm f/4L and TS-E 24mm f/3.5L II
"Rear Tilt 'n' Shift Frame" for CANON TS-E 50mm f/2.8L Macro
The pocketPANO "Rear Tilt 'n' Shift Frame" lens adapter is a perfectly adapted clamping ring for the CANON TS-E lenses TS-E 17mm f/4L, TS-E 24mm f/3.5L II and TS-E 50mm f/2.8L Macro. This fixes the lens to the tripod (instead of the camera). With the help of the shift-function, it is possible to merge captured images into a flawless panorama. Moving the camera with the lens fixed avoids parallax errors, and compositing the images into a wide-angle panorama becomes child's play!
The pocketPANO "Rear Tilt 'n' Shift Frame" is designed so that it clamps the lens in the front area just behind the focus ring and allows easy access to all controls and functions of the lens. Because of the slim design and low weight, the lens adapter can remain permanently on the lens and does not have to be screwed on and off for each use.
For a quick change from landscape to portrait mode, the pocketPANO "Rear Tilt 'n' Shift Frame" is equipped with two Arca-Swiss compatible tripod feet offset by 90°. In combination with the two rotation elements of the TS-E lenses, all imaginable combinations of portrait and landscape format, horizontal and vertical shifting as well as tilting can be realized.
Matching the "Rear Tilt 'n' Shift Frame" lens adapter for the TS-E 17mm and TS-E 24mm, we offer individually or in a set an exactly fitting nodal head, with which you can easily record perfect single-row panoramas without parallax errors. Of course, this is also possible with shifting to increase the vertical angle of view!
The "TS-E Panorama Head" has the same adjustable rotator as our model "VARIO", with which the click-stops can be optimally adapted to the lens used and the orientation of the camera. The "Rear Tilt 'n' Shift Frame" lens adapter can be mounted in two exactly on the two lenses (TS-E 17mm f/4L and TSE 24mm f/3.5L II) matched positions. As a result, nothing needs to be set. Due to the clamping on the lens, the rotation around the entrance pupil is always guaranteed - no matter which camera is mounted on the lens!
Not suitable for the TS-E 50mm f/2.8L Macro.
